The Belle of the Ball

Tonight Carrington is being honored at the Cook Children's Hospital Donor Wall Celebration. She, along with several other amazing children, will take part in a celebration of their very lives.  Carrington spent 5 weeks in the care of doctors and nurses at Cook Children's last year when she came home.  There she was gently and lovingly nursed  back to health.  Her story touched each and every person who came in contact with her and even reached so many others who did not even get to meet her in person.  Because of Carrington's story so many other children found their forever families.

Tonight our family gets to share with the world the beautiful little girl whom we call Princess Carrington! She is our inspiration to help make the world a better place for orphans like her.  Tonight we thank God once again for this amazing blessing we call our youngest daughter!

Warming up her smile

I think we may be warming up a bit.

Look at the pure joy in this angel's eyes.

She started to sing a little song for us.

Big sister Madelaine, a.k.a. Lady in Waiting, is going to
accompany Princess to the ball.

And now......presenting to her loyal fans.......
