Ethan is 6!!!

Where is it written that our babies can grow up?!  How can it be that my baby boy I gave birth to now is old enough to read, fix himself Oreo cookies and juice for breakfast, determine which pair of Super Hero "Anderwear" he will proudly wear and show to anyone who is even in the least bit interested, and orders a coffee (hot chocolate) from Starbucks?  Just 6 short years ago this handsome boy entered our world with an event filled delivery, and life has been event filled ever since.  I love how Ethan can make us laugh when we are busy, come up with crazy ideas and believe they are the answer to any problems, and snuggle up to me in bed during the wee hours of the morning.  Ethan is my first son.  The spitting image of his daddy.  The joy in my day.  Happy 6th Birthday Ethan Cole Burman!!  Mommy and Daddy and all your brothers and sisters love you!

Then it was off to horse back riding with
Miss Theresa.

Never leave it up to a 6 year old to decide where we
will go for the birthday dinner or else you will
end up eating at the kiddie table in play land at McDonald's.

A very special friend gave Ethan these
BeyBlade thingies and it made his whole day!

Even Ethan's girlfriend came to celebrate his
big day!
