My friends the prayers are showing the power of our God! I spoke with a very exhausted Jenny and she shared with me that Amelia's lab numbers are beginning to come down but now the doctors must make sure it does not happen too fast or that itself can have dangers. Amelia is not an easy one to draw labs on so each time they come in to get labs it sets her into a not so great mood. Last report Jenny gave me is that Amelia was finally resting and for now the tests etc were done for the day. If Amelia can hold steady and her labs continue to improve she could be moved from the ICU into a regular room by Monday. The effects of Amelia's years of malnourishment are not easily corrected so we must pray that the doctors will be able to unlock the mystery of what her little body is going through and that Jenny can get some rest.
