I am back. We needed to take time off from blogging as we spent time praying and deciding what we were going to do with the events in our lives. Talk about pain worse than labor without an epideral (I love the epidural by the way). But it was a task that needed undertaking and mastery. Too many emotions and things were getting in the way of me being able to bring contentment and peace to my life not to mention getting in the way of our family spending quality time together. Plus I needed to personally assess my baggage and my goals and how that baggage was hindering my journey towards those goals. Pretty deep I know! Interesting how God has used DEEP to help me both as a wife and as a mother.
Soon I hope to share just how the message of the movie, OCTOBER BABY, has refocused me as a mom, a wife, and as a child of God. For now, I know that God has put me on a path HE and HE alone has created, never once saying that path would be a walk in the park or without pain, that will ultimately bring me to where HE wants me to be and nowhere else!
Proverbs 24:12 tells us, "Once our eyes are opened we cannot pretend we do not know what to do. God, who weighs our hearts and keeps our souls knows we know and holds us responsible to act."
