Hannah's Hope

Once again I am taken back by the heart of the youth of today.  Here is a sweet little girl who just turned 13 years old and she is collecting stuffed animals to bless orphans with.  Right now she is sitting with over 586 stuffed animals she has collected.  I know my little ones love their "lovies" and each one has their definite favorite.  Can you just imagine not having a mommy or daddy to tuck you in at night and nothing or no one to snuggle with?  Well, Hannah could not just go about her days as a new teenager going to the mall, watching movies with her friends, or going shopping for some new fashion item. No, this girl set about making it her mission that she try to get as many stuffed animals to orphans as is humanly possible.  As an adoptive mom I know how much it would mean to me to know my little one had a little something to snuggle with until we could bring them home to a world filled with snuggles.  Now I know that Hannah is getting lots of help from individuals on taking the animals to orphanages in places like Bulgaria and Burkina Faso so if you would even like to volunteer to take over a suitcase full of love to orphans you can contact Stephanie Carpenter at tingministries@comcast.net What do you say we all give this little girl a hand in sharing a bit of love and comfort for orphans?  Hop on over to  Stephanie's blog where you will see a chip-in to help with shipping costs of these animals and how you can send an animal or two or ten to Hannah.
