Praise for Poop!

Carrington had one teeny tiny poop! Yay! This is good news! Shelly said it was a rough night but she IS holding her feeds at 10ccs/hour. Shelly says the plan for today involves seeing LOTS of doctors so please be in prayer that God would give them the wisdom they need to work together to treat Carrington and help to heal her.

Keep praying for sweet Carrington!!

Prayers are being said for Carrington by my church's staff at present, and she and her family will appear on the prayer list of our weekly online newsletter on Wednesday (wish it were published on Monday, but prayers are good at midweek as well as at present)

I am so thankful to learn that Carrington's fragile little system is starting to do what it is designed to do...such encouraging news.

May all the doctors who will see Carrington today find the way(s) to heal her.

Thanks so much for the updates...

Very best wishes,

We are praying for Carrington... thank you so much for making this blog. We had been following the Burmans private blog and had no idea this was going on until yesterday when I read about it on another RR mom's blog. Maybe you could see if Shelley's daughter could post a link to your blog on their blog...so those people would know and can PRAY for their family. So sorry to hear about what she is going through...yet we praise God that He rescued her from the orphanage.
Praying here!

Excellent! I'm sending $350 worth of grocery/gift cards to Shelly today. I'll send more as people continue to give to the chip-in. Thanks for sending folks over there!

And thanks for keeping everyone up to date. God bless you and happy World Down Syndrome Day!
